Dr. Monique Chheda is a board-certified dermatologist who integrates medical dermatology with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body principles to support long-term skin health. A native of Chicago, she completed dermatology residency at the University of Chicago, where she served as chief resident. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and medical school at the University of Illinois–Chicago. After residency, she has also completed an Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program, gaining advanced training in integrative and lifestyle-based approaches to skin disease. 

Dr. Chheda has practiced in academic and private settings, including Georgetown/MedStar, where she was involved in resident and medical student education. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, a published scientific author, and a children’s book author. She now practices in Virginia and resides in Maryland with her husband and two children.
